The 5-3-5 Plan
5 minutes in the Word…3 times a day…5 days a week!
- Start your day by reading one chapter of Scripture.
- During the day, grab five minutes to re-read that same chapter.
- Later in your day, re-read that chapter a third time.
This will enable you to meditate on (think about) it and internalize it more thoroughly. On the next day, read the next chapter. You might be amazed at how these three 5-minute times during your day can affect your whole week! Pick a book of the Bible and start today!
